Sunil Varghese

Sunil Varghese is a co-founder of Red Knot Law PLLC and serves as Managing Attorney from the firm's Washington, DC office. He advises clients on immigration matters nationwide and provides estate planning services in Washington, DC and New York.

Sunil earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he received a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies and was a member of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. His academic focus on refugee and humanitarian law shapes his approach to every immigration matter — combining rigorous legal analysis with genuine understanding of what clients are going through.

Sunil co-founded Red Knot Law to bring together two areas of law that matter deeply to families: immigration and estate planning. His practice covers immigration cases across all 50 states as well as wills, trusts, and estate planning for clients in Washington, DC, New York, and Maryland.
